Update:
I have been testing various glues overnight and found a specialized Silicone glue that works perfectly. The material remains flexible yet demands a proper effort to break the bond. Once broken the glue scrapes off without causing any damage to the tube or nipple.
At the moment, I just applied some regular RTV silicone, from the corner hardware store, which I anticipate to be well suited for application by the end user if needed for making a size adjustment. I will wait 24 hours before testing the strength of the bond to be sure.
With respect to the design, we had considered a wire spring clip to secure the tube over the nipple but decided against this as it is too tedious for the user to take off and on without needle nose pliers. A larger more convenient sized clip and the pubic hairs would get entangled with the thin gauge wire.
We decided on the simple silicone ring with its clean lines to maintain the design integrity. I personally have not had the tube detach by itself while wearing the device but we are getting enough reports of this happening to make the necessary adjustment.
I have attached a couple of pics to show the clean finish of the white silicone glue with some red RTV silicone for contrast to demonstrate the precision tolerances of the design and subsequent glue application.
Moving forward, we will be applying the white silicone glue before shipping the product.
Sneaky Pete,
This is a very simple fix, my man.
Use 2-part household epoxy glue, which is available at any convenience store, to permanently bond the tube to the nipple. Use a very small amount on the tip of the nipple otherwise, after you slide the tube into place the excess will drip and need to be cleaned up.
You could use super glue but the brittle nature of the crystalline structure is not ideal with the flexible silicone tube. I have tested “gorilla brand” which is nice because it is thicker and slower to dry, but epoxy is ideal. We would do this for you at the factory but then it would not be possible to remove the tube for shortening which is an important option to have.
Actually, the super glue might be a way for us to temporarily secure the tube in place which would allow for removal of the tube without destroying the nipple. If removing the tube to cut shorter is required, the 2-part epoxy can be used for a permanent bond.
I will test this and see if it is suitable as a temporary bond which can be removed by force without causing damage.
good opportunity to take a break and reset before trying again.

The Mag-Volt is very safe t use. However, individual response will vary so you need to respect the fact that your headaches have started occurring when you started wearing the device. I started out wearing mine 24 hours a day right away and I had no issues and I am prone to headaches. None the less, this is the reason we recommend to start out at only 4 hours duration in the beginning. This way you can observe any potential side effects. I suggest you take a break for a few days and then resume wearing again to gain an insight into a possible relationship between the two or not.

I concur…
– take your time before deciding that you need a tighter fit. – cut in small increments and test or risk cutting off too much, in which you will need a replacement tube.
I also agree that everyone’s anatomical structure and also their personal preferences are different, with some who like the cock-ring effect and others a looser more comfortable fit.
The measurement for ordering should be taken in the erect condition as this will be the largest size. However, the flaccid size will be the more important fit as the Mag-Volt will be worn most of the time at the flaccid end of the size spectrum.
I personally noted much more scrotal mass and flaccid hang in the morning, particularly in the first few days of use. For this reason, it is suggested to cut and test the fit out for at least a day before deciding to cut shorter.
There have been several reports of the silicone tube coming off of the nipple while wearing the device. Once you have determined the ideal fit you can use a small dab of two-part epoxy on the nipple before inserting into the tube for a permanent bond. If you use too much epoxy it will collect and drip as the tube slides over the nipple and need to be cleaned up. You can also use instant super glue however, it is a hard crystalline structure that is not ideal for use with the flexible silicone tube.
The Mag-Volt should not be put on top of the fabric ball band. Things do tend to get a bit less organized when wearing the Innerwear with ball band and Mag-Volt at the same time, however, the metal generally does stay in contact with the skin for the salt bridge circuit that Whaim mentions. I tend to wear the strapless Innerwear with the Mag-Volt acting as the baseband. Two Mag-Volts in tandem replicated the width and function of the ball band very well.
good question!
We can share our experiences here.
My initial reason for hanging was to gain an understanding of the optimum vacuum chamber configuration for effectively handling the most amount of weight. I was testing up to 35 lbs for brief moments until the inevitable injury occurred… thrombosis of the vein just behind the glans. Scary to look at and left to wonder if it was permanent. Upside, I instantly gained 1/2″ in flaccid girth behind the glans :), which took a couple of months of rest to recover :(. That was about 18 months ago.
Fast forward. I have been on a formal and dedicated routine for the past 2.75 months. I am currently hanging 10 lbs for 40 minutes twice daily. I have had a couple of minor set-backs due to improper wrapping technique in the beginning and more recently an over-ambitious jump to 12 lbs which required a few days rest and resetting to 9 lbs for 1x daily sessions of shorter duration for a week or so to re-stabilize.
I have gained 1/4″ erect length with an often very significant increase in the flaccid hang.
Be consistent with your routine. Keep a detailed log book as it will help keep you motivated and become a valuable information resource.
I like to hang every day and rest only when required which seems to average out to 4 times a month. I consider the need for a rest day a set-back and optimize the weight/duration/frequency accordingly.
Start with less weight and focus on your set-up technique and the nature of the sensations that occur while hanging.
Keep a close eye on the tip of the glans where a red “Hickie” can form due to excessive vacuum that occurs with the application of traction.
We do all testing in house. This is a slow, deep and thorough process. Outside input is too distracting as everyone has their own ideas.
2mm increase in diameter = 1/4″ increase in circumference.
Sorry, I am not in a position to release pictures until after the patent application is submitted as any form of publication would compromise the “novelty” of the invention.
Stealth is built upon precision fitted devices and the Vac-Hanger will be no different. For each of the 12 girths, five small incrementally sized vacuum chambers, glans caps and vac-seals will be included with the kit. This means that there will be a total of sixteen sizes available, each with its own series of accessories.
For example, I wear a 24 girth, so I have at my disposal the 20,22,24,26 and 28 sizes available for use at any time. I have been using all of these regularly, except the 28, which I probably should test but have not felt the need, at least not yet. This is ideal as it leaves room for future growth as well.
The size increments are 2mm from one size to the next so I am currently using a total of 8mm in size variation. This is required for erection levels or more specifically glans engorgement levels of 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%.
Your size selection actually depends on what your goal, level of interest/arousal or need for discretion is for a particular session. In all cases, the unique Stealth “vac-seal” and “glans-lock” system maintains a rock-solid (granite) bond between the glans and vacuum chamber.
Versatility also plays a huge role in the Stealth approach to PE devices. Practitioners are generally very creative and come up with all kinds of unique combinations to meet personal preferences. This is a key factor in order to provide the best user experience. There simply is no “right way” for everyone.
The kit will set absolutely set new standards for this type of device. Stealth will be priced lower than competing brands.
Gherron,
Yes, the rounded curve of the high point along the coronal ridge will be the first to offer resistance to mechanical extension of the penis. As you noted, this will be more pronounced when using the Corkscrew under full extension.
The elasticity of the materials should pose no problem going from flaccid to erect. The relatively short duration of the erection doesn’t pose much of a problem for comfort unless your fit is too tight to begin with. Constriction of the erection, to the point of discomfort, would be the indicator for a size adjustment.
When properly fitted, I can experience discomfort with morning erections of long duration. This will cause me to wake up and need to remove the Innerwear to fall back asleep again. This only occurs if I am layering the spandex sleeves or wearing the Sabre Skin on top of the Innerwear. Typically I sleep with the innerwear only or with well worn sleeves that are looser with a more comfortable fit as a result. If brand new, then definitely the Innerwear alone when sleeping!
Your mileage may vary so test and see what works best for you.
Christian,
Guys are really creative if given the tools to experiment. Your judgment based on the sensations provided as feedback from the body are the best indicator for a particular set-up that you are experimenting with… whether it is working or not. Most uncut guys prefer to retract the foreskin but some don’t, so it depends on you.
I am cut, so I can’t really have an opinion on this question!
Hey Jhark,
Yes, when sitting the penis is forced to retract to some extent and the fabric needs to yield for allowing this. The spandex sleeve or Sabre Skin will help to minimize the effect. Some fine tuning of the fit whether it be a slightly shorter or possibly tighter sleeve might help also. This might be the adjustment you need to make for maintaining a secure fit while running as well. During the early development phase of the Innerwear, I used to ride extreme mountain bike trails on a near-daily basis, which was the acid test to determine the correct fitting. Careful observation to note the mechanics involved will help you understand what adjustments you need to make.
all the best!
Gherron,
There can be an initial conditioning period of a month or so. During this time you should take a break for a few hours or overnight as required, whenever you feel any pain or irritation beginning to occur. The sooner you rest the sooner you can resume wearing again.
I am not exactly sure what kind of bruise you have. Is it in the area of the frenulum or lower on the shaft?
When you wear it full size the weight can be substantial. It will be easier to put on and wear for longer periods if you remove a couple of coils.
I would take care at this point to recover before upping the intensity with the Corkscrew.
Gherron,
We often get this request but it typically arrises as a result of the glans folding at the highest point on the coronal ridge as it is the first point of resistance when the shaft is extended and the silicone ring at a 90-degree angle. Applying the ring of silicone to an angled fabric is not possible, however, a contoured silicone ring with more material on the bottom side might work. The problem here is that the extra silicone acts as a tab to pull the sheath off and could be a problem for maintaining the silicone/fabric bond. We have an advanced Innerwear design in mind that takes all of the suggestions we have received over the years into account. Let’s see where that leads us.
Regarding the skin of the frenulum slipping outside of the silicone ring. This can cause irritation when the underside of the glans gets compressed by the underwear into the silicone ring. The excess skin can get pinched and with the friction of movement that occurs when walking and causes irritation to the sensitive skin. You can effectively retract the skin by holding the underside of the silicone ring with one hand and using the other pull the skin at the base of the shaft near the ball sack opening to draw the skin back inside the sheath. Then double check to make sure that the silicone ring is seated directly behind the glans.
The silicone ring should fit comfortably behind the glans without causing excess engorgement and purple coloring. When your Innerwear is brand new and you wear the sleeves and Retainer Band before they have been broken in for a more comfortable fit, you may experience excessive engorgement. In which case, give it some time and alternate the sleeves until they fit more loosely before layering on top of the Innerwear.
For length, it sounds as though you could use a size longer, however, it’s hard to say for sure without seeing a pic. If you are not comfortable posting here you can contact us at the support email for determining if a size adjustment would be the best option.
The folds of the baseband will provide the fabric as needed for the extra length when wearing the Corkscrew.
