The key to the spandex sleeve method is to find the optimum placement on the shaft which seems to be around the 1/3 to 1/2 down the shaft. The difference being more difficult to get off after placement of the sleeve on the shaft or that the spandex sleeve gives way and pulls out before placement of the Innerwear. With a bit of practice you can dial in for the optimum placement. Mind you I am cut so the dynamic no doubt is not going to be the same.
As I understand it, you place the rubber cocking over top of the spandex sleeve behind the glans and then the Innerwear over top for easy removal after placement… or possibly it is placed directly on the shaft with the spandex sleeve over top for a friction grip that is easy to remove after placement of the innerwear on the shaft?
It is always interesting to see the unique solutions different users are coming up with. For this reason Stealth now focuses more on providing a range of components in support of creative applications.

You can continue scaling the wear time and but keep alert to any irritation that many begin to occur. If irritation begins to occur you can take a break until you recover and then start wearing again.
Some guys require more conditioning before full time use while others not so much… it is a personal thing so you must find your own path.
I was wearing my Innerwear almost continuously for the first 4-5 years. Basically around the clock, even while sleeping, and when a number of customer told me that “they never leave home without it”… I had to laugh because it was exactly the same for me.

Actually, it is six 2.5 lbs plates stacked horizontally with two 1.25 lbs plates hanging vertically for a total of 17.5 lbs. This amount of weight is not difficult to attain, however, beware of chasing numbers and over looking the optimum weight required to initiate the fatigue state.
Yes, you can always get these plates at your local Walmart. Two 5, two 2.5, and two 1.25 lbs for just over $40

Yes, you could experiment with water surrounding the glans in the chamber as a means for direct pull. However, this will not prevent the tendency for cavitation to occur under traction in which separation of the glans from the chamber wall forms an air pocket within the liquid. In any case, separation from wall is the leading cause of blisters formation.
However, Stealth has developed the principal of Glans-Lock™ into a science. When this principal is properly applied the bond between the glans and chamber is rock solid as if being cemented in place. With such a connection there is no space for water nor expansion of air volume under traction.
Certainly not up to 15 lbs or so at which point less than perfect application of the Glans-Lock principal will be tested, and if not exactly right… separation of the glans may occur after this point.
Do report back on your experience. Btw, just make sure that you have a water separator in place to eliminate any chance of liquid entering into the vacuum pump, otherwise there will be problems.
Yes, the male anatomical proportions can vary widely between individuals in so many ways.
We have our standard 99 sizes which grew out of necessity over the past 12-13 years after starting out rather naively with a presumed 15 size selections being more than sufficient. And beyond that, for even more personalized fittings, we manufacture to meet the need for an array of custom sized configurations, nature of the beast… so to speak.
This involves for the most part tapered sleeves which are wider at the base that taper down for a tighter fit behind the glans at a mild angle or straight to mid-shaft before tapering steeper down to the glans.
We also have guys who require straight cut sleeves with a size or two smaller silicone ring when the shaft is thicker with a relatively less pronounced coronal ridge of the glans… to secure the flaccid in extension throughout the day without slipping back under the silicone ring when bending over or sitting.
In your case, we have the self described “Portobello” effect… which is something to be proud of in my estimation. Now this may require some adaptation with a smaller sized Sabre Skin over the shaft, your current 24 girth sound about right, combined with a larger Chamber size, Glans-Cap, and Vac-Seal.
One could even experiment with a double layering of Sabre Skin to bring the shaft diameter more into alignment with the chamber base to see if that would offer a suitable path of optimization in the pursuit of the ideal set-up.
For this purpose, a larger chamber set including the Glans-Cap and Vac-Seal seems to the direction to take at this point. Stealth offers, exclusively to kit owners, additional C-Sets of any size at $50 for the first set and $25 for additional sized sets after that.
However, in your case, as I had advised to go ahead and break the shrink wrap seal we can make your first C-Set selection at the same $25 with additional sizes for only $25 as well. All sizes include all three components… Chamber, Glans Cap and Vac-Seal.
Chamber sets will not be available for purchase to the general public at any price.

Firstly, yes… we will be making a comprehensive series of video instructions once I get back to the factory on the 18th of this month.
The idea behind the user manual is to provide 4 basic methods for setting up the device. It will be up to the user to experiment and find out through the process of experience which method they prefer. I find that I generally stick with a particular method for a couple of weeks and then make some adjustments for a different feel which may include the use of a different size chamber. Further down the road as you gain more experience the options are exponential for fine tuning the set-up to meet your unique creative impulses.
Right now, as a beginner, the choices are certainly wide open and which path to follow to the top of the mountain will not be exactly clear. However as you endeavour on your journey specific paths will open up for passing certain sections before a plateau is reached, where, again… various options will present themselves with false starts and resets along way to becoming an expert climber, or in this case… expert hanger.
For the most part, the kit is an extension training device designed for making length gains, however, as mentioned in the manual, you can incorporate the advanced techniques for bundling and fulcrum hanging for some emphasis on girth gains as well.

hello @Sparkplug… good to hear about your initial experience with the Innerwear.
Putting on the Innerwear easily would indicate that the size is correct, however, the engorged glans also indicates a tight fit but not so much that you would want to make any size changes quite yet. If the fit was really too tight the engorged glans would be dark purple with some degree of discomfort which would demand immediate attention. I suggest giving it some more time for the break-in period in which the material will stretch out to fit over the first 7 – 10 days of daily use. The cooler glans is not a problem as the temperature of the glans fluctuates normally although more frequently under extension.
As your observation skills are sharp you can keep a close eye on things as they progress before coming to a conclusion on fit. Let me us how it goes as it will be helpful for others to hear about your experience with feedback on potential remedies and what-have-you’s as the fit stabilizes.
We do offer custom fittings when required, which typically involve tapered sleeves to a tighter fit behind the glans or a straight sleeve with smaller silicone ring when the shaft width to glans size is not so pronounced as well as substantial discounts on straight up resizes etc. Btw. you can send your request to the support email at [email protected] to receive a link to the demo videos for wearing the Innerwear, Sabre Skin and Corkscrew. I would not worry about the size selection as the fit of your innerwear is so close that it would not be of much consequence one way or the other. In fact, I wear the 24 girth (D series for length too) as well and rarely find myself using the 26 girth chamber with more focus on the 24 and 22 chamber sizes. The 26 is there if you need it but I feel users will tend to size down on additional chamber purchases when they want to expand their range of chamber options. Particularly for ADS extension training in the flaccid condition with low intensity all day stretching. For this purpose, I wear the 20m or even 18 girth chamber sizes. The larger size is always there for glans expansion purposes and future gains in size.

In fact, you can set up the spandex sleeves to cover the glans for protection from keratinization. This is not an uncommon concern from customers who are uncircumcised and feel too much sensation from the exposed glans. Particularly when rubbing against the underwear while moving around.

When fitted properly you will not have to mess around with the Innerwear at all. I used to wear mine 24/7 for the first 4-5 years… yes, even at night. You should not have any issues with morning erections as the materials will expand… but I do remember being woken from sleep by the discomfort of morning wood if the Innerwear was brand new without being broken in for a more relaxed fit.

I personally find that I get the best results with intermittent fasting ie. eating during a limited window of time. For example, 6 hours for eating with 18 hours of fasting per day… again, consistency, as with most things, is key.
Yes, you can hang for longer periods at low intensity while sleeping… in fact, I will start experimenting with this routine myself. The key here is to explore sensibly with caution with the least amount of vacuum pressure (none) with less traction and build up slowly over time to find your own personal sweet spot.
In this case, you will also get a chance for wearing the ADS while standing up and moving around before or after sleeping. I find the gently modulation of intensity while walking to be very stimulating and potentially an important principal, that being… the application of “traction modulation”.
I think that you will also experiment with hanging weight, at least on occasion, as it is both interesting and fun… just to get an idea how it works even if it is not your primary method of interest.
Yes, results can be had in as little as 3 months. However, this is such a personal journey that you will only know what is possible after you begin to experiment and, as always… listen to feedback from the body and adjust the intensity level up or down accordingly for the best results.

Extension training can be done at any time during the day. At which specific time depends on what works best for you… not unlike training for fitness.
Vacuum hanging is possible at high intensity for short duration sessions of up to one hour duration. Frequency would depend on your goals, dedication and lifestyle. Ideally you would train twice a day or at least once a day or even three times a week. The most important factor is consistency.
The accessory ADS belt system for All Day Stretching is ideal for low intensity long duration extension training. It can be set-up to wear under clothing during your normal daily activities for up to 5 hours or more at a stretch.
The parameters of the training routine would depend for the most part on your commitment and interest. I personally like to take a one month or more de-conditioning break after 3 months regular daily practice.
Results vary from individual to individual and are dependant on several factors such as age, body type, diet and nutrition, smoking and drinking habits, dedication and commitment to regular practice etc. It is well known in the PE community that some guys gain fast and easy while other “hard gainers” are slower to respond. However, 1/2″ gain in 4 to 6 months is not unusual with many guys claiming 2″ length gains after years of dedicated training.

Safely hanging weight from the penis for size gains requires intelligent use with respect to the proper set-up and listening to feedback from the body in the form of sensations. Yes, you would definitely keep the anatomy conditioned even with once weekly sessions for increased vascularity, tone and erectile quality. It is up to the individual to experiment to see what sort of results are possible with various workout routines. By the same token over-training can lead to a loss of erectile quality and this is one of the indicators to be noted when evaluating the results of a particular routine for making the necessary adjustments to optimize results.
