I also got a tapered version, though it was only size 24 silicone ring to size 30.  I can barely wear the size 24 for more than 30 minutes before the spot behind my head is burning from the silicone bearing too tightly, and that is without the corkscrew on lol.  I also have one tapered with a size 26.

The problem is, it just slowly slides off as I walk around, even when wearing everything as you have mentioned. And by slowly I mean, just walking around my home for 5 minutes its already having problems, making wearing it for any length of time too troublesome to bother with.

I know there must be a way to make it work….

The letters refer to the length and numbers to the girth.

I also wear an F26, but there is no room for my head to retract or to gather that much extra fabric.  Even with an girth 28, which I also have for after workouts, I could never gather that much around the silicone ring.

It can be hard to adequately measure because often just touching yourself to get the measurement can cause a small amount of plumping.  I know I originally ordered a C30 and had lots of issues until I realized I needed one that was both longer and thinner.

The picture certainly looks like you would need a smaller girth, at the very least for the silicone portion of the innerwear.  I would email the support email back and ask for Stealthman, he will help get you sorted.

I still haven’t found a way to make it stay on for any length of time without it either falling off or my head turning blue.

Not sure what I’m missing or doing wrong.  Any tips to help?

I recently started vac hanging and vac extending and the three biggest problems I have so far are:

    a) keeping all the many components organized and discreet;

    b) keeping the silicone sleeves whole with plenty of spares… gotten at a good price;

    c) dealing with any glans tape, especially removing it and any residue – using a micropore tape currently.

Other than that I love it.  The stretch is so much better than anything I could ever achieve with manual exercises – and the best part is that I can do something else at the same time!

A guy on one of the forums I go to has a guide using a $1 pulley to articulate the weight -allowing you to sit.  The pulley can be attached to a door hinge, the back of a chair, under a desk, anywhere near where you will hang – allowing the weight to still be suspended without having to stand for the duration.

With manuals it takes your full attention and time.  With hanging like this, I can put on the vac hanger, set it up with weight, and then surf the net or read a book etc.

    I love multitasking lol

Thanks for the update!  I can’t wait to see the completed kit!

Sad to see the case get sidelined though I can understand it just being a distraction at this stage.  Hopefully it will make a return!

Wish I could try it!  I’ve been holding off buying one for a while, but I’m guessing it’s still a ways off.  Can’t wait to see it and try it when it’s ready.

I just bought a cheap one from eBay someone on another forum recommended a couple days ago.  I can only do so many manuals and like the idea of being able to hang while doing something else, like reading.

If you need any help with development or anything I would love to.  Wish I could try it as a first hanging device but at least I’ll be able to compare!

Also, why would only 2mm larger be enough to account for 1-1.5 cm circumference difference?

I’ve only worn it with the innerwear.  I bought an extension sheath with no baseband to wear with it as well.

If you wear with the normal innerwear the mag volts main function is when all the metal parts are touching your skin.

The salt and other stuff on your body creates a bridge for the electric circuit to complete and causes the effect.  If the mag volt is on top of fabric I can’t imagkne it would work as well.

I cut mine down a few times.  I could probably make it snugger at this point but I am fine with it as is.

If it’s too loose it will fall down and off, you want it to stay at the base generally while not being restrictive whatsoever.  It needs to be comfortable.

I slowly took off a CM or so at a time over days and weeks till I got the fit I liked.

Everyones anatomy is so different as is their definition of comfort, so it’s important to go slow to find the fit that works best with your personal bodily arrangements.

Is it the scrunch skin or fabric, stealthman already answered here about fabric, if it’s skin, hold the silicone ring and pull the skin down by your scrotum so there is no skin bunching behind the glans before the ring.

This helps all skin stay taught inside the innerwear as well.  I often find this necessary when putting it on, and once in position is good for the rest of the day.

While I’m not the expert, based on what you’re describing it’s a girth issue more than a length issue.  The stealth I wear fits fine without retraction issues and my head never turns purple.

That only happened to me when I had my original one that I tried to make work.  It was so much hassle and I’m so glad I got the right size.  It’s night and day how much more comfortable you can be when it fits and you can move normally.

I actually wore a smaller size extension sheath  without the ballband last night to work out at the gym.  Was doing push ups, sit ups, and all kinds of other cardio bend over jump up walk down pushups… no retraction and was comfortable.  If it was uncomfortable at all it was because I’ve been too lazy to buy extension sheaths in the larger size I usually wear and the silicone ring is a bit tight on this one which causes my head to be fully inflated and the friction of that against my underwear with all the movement was lol.  But I can have that even without the stealth, just not as intense.  Still, my head was never purple!!

Head turning purple or painful is dangerous, never let that condition last long.  It’s your Dick screaming for oxygenated blood and you want that to keep sensation for life!!!

I got a tapered one for my anatomy, currently wearing an F26-30 (so the tip is size 26, the base is size 30).  This also comes with a different sized retainer band for each side, one behind the silicone ring and one at the base.

I originally got a 30 girth and had retraction issues since my penis tapers on the bottom side where my corpus spongiosum gets smaller right where my glans is on top.

Might be worth it to try going down one size in girth or measuring to see it a tapered fit with a smaller silicone ring / tapered stealth would work better.

My erection size has increased while wearing the stealth but most probably not from the stealth alone.

I do a routine which is almost certainly primarily responsible and hope/assume/think that the stealth has certainly assisted in my gains.

Preventing retraction and causing healing and in an elongated state being my desired goal.

I still haven’t gotten mine to work properly for any length of time so I can’t personally comment on its efficacy.

It seems like it should work for a newer PEer based on what I’ve read elsewhere and maybe help gains from other exercises.

Nobody has concrete results and nobody has tested it in a vacuum to see and as far as I know the only clinical studies used extenders.

That said, many big PErs use some sort of passive extender or ADS and even golf weights, and claim it contributes to success.   If those work, then I would imagine the corkscrew to provide the same exercise and benefits.

Lots of cool projects, can’t wait to hear more about them!

Till then, I love my current one and can’t wait to try the new ones I just ordered!  Thanks for putting it all together, great customer service so far!
