great to see adjustments being made for creative applications!
great to hear… thanks!
With the Innerwear you are basically looking at a passive stretch so if you want something more active then as Christian mentions… the Corkscrew would be more applicable. Ideally you would be alternating the usage to maximize your time under extension.
Overall, it doesn’t sound like a bad position to be in with your wife 😉
I think that starts to become unnecessarily complicated. The best approach imo is to keep it as simple as possible and just use one or the other as required. I like both myself and will alternate between the two which effectively extends the lifetime as well. However, if you prefer one over the other then there is no need for having the two models.
your most definitely welcome Stephen… we are here to serve your needs the best we can.
Hi Stephen,
If you are a borderline between two sizes and having first selected the shorter version or simply have a size that you think could be a bit longer than the one you have now, then go a size up on your next order and see. You also a good amount of latitude for adjustment in the way you fold the base band much in the same way you can control the length of the pant leg with a smaller or bigger overlapping of the base band folds. If you have an obvious gap between the silicone ring and the glans then there is no question that you need to go up a size in length. For your reference each size up in length “A” series thru “C” is 1 cm longer and then “C” to “D” and the rest of the series is 1.5cm longer each size up in length.
thats interesting… maybe a bit too “sexy” for me personally.
I experimented with different underwear in the beginning and found that my original pouch style worked really well compared to bikini and boxer types.
Standard jockey style with pouch…
Great post Stephen!
Yes, you can get creative folding the spandex sleeves to create a cock ring effect. I also like to form a 1/2″ thick band at the base with 2 or 3 layers at the base of the shaft or sometime behind the glans with wider folds of an inch or more to sculpt a torpedo shapes shaft. This technique can also substitute for the Retainer Band or build a larger diameter for a tighter fitting Retainer Band if preferred.
You can also fold the sleeves in such a way as to make a foreskin to effectively reduce keratinization (basically a callousing process) of the glans that occurs with exposure to friction. This can help regain sensitivity for cut guys or reduce sensitivity for uncut guys if the exposed glans is too much when wearing Stealth the first few times.
I guess it depends on the fit.
What I tend to notice with the under wear/ jeans combination I wear… is that the sensation of movement produces a semi that is really quite pleasurable. The feeling of a bulge looking for more space to grow is amazing 🙂
on the map… yeah, pretty much all in the same neighbourhood 🙂
Agree and use the technique you mention of gripping the underside of the silicone ring with one hand (finger/thumb) and using the other hand to pull the skin at the base of the shaft (near the ball sack) to retract the excess skin of the frenulum that was remaining between the silicone ring and glans… very effective to draw the skin back inside the inner wear sheath.
Another very effective method I have been using in particular with the longer ES (Extension Sheath) version of Stealth (no ball band) is to first put the thin spandex sleeve half way down the shaft and then fold the base of the inner wear sheath to easily thread the spandex sleeve thru it. Then position the glans ( covered by the spandex sleeve) into the folded opening of the inner wear sheath and unfold to get it started over the shaft. Pull the base if the sheath into position and remove the spandex sleeve which effectively pulls the glans past the silicone ring to be secured behind the coronal ridge.
This method keeps the silicone ring from getting stretched out too much with insertion of the fingers and thumb.

haha… I laughed out loud.
Try screwing the coils down for a firmer fit along the entire shaft. This will distribute the load and make for a firmer grip and less risk for this sort of mishap!
Those pics were sent in by a Stealth user on the previous forums we had years ago… I don’t know what else he was doing to achieve his results.
