Yes, I agree. The Corkscrew is capable of very specific shapes which can be used to counter any unwanted curvatures, We have had some positive feedback in this regard. Once we get the Vac-Hanger launched we will be better equipped, so to speak, to approach doctors with our range of Stealth products.

For example, here is a custom rig a customer sent into us a few years ago.

The first production weight suspension belt from our new fully automated industrial sewing machine. Made from high quality branded webbing with stainless steel D-rings and carabiner fittings at 3x the cost of the cheaper nickel plated steel.

I keep all my things in a box by the desk. Hang twice a day for 45 minutes. No issue keeping everything handy. No problem with the original sleeve and vac-seal. After testing 3 waterproof foam tapes have found one that doesn’t leave a residue. The “nex-care” I tried was nice and stretchable with a well-formed fit but I could not scrape the darn residue off. This tape is a bit harder but sticks perfectly so as to remain firmly in place and yet remove easily without causing pain or leaving a residue.

    Thats a great idea Rod!

I just tested the voltage on the silver Mag-Volt with a similar set-up and got the same reading of .85 volts with and without the socket in between the clasping magnets!

The cases will happen in due time. Once we have all the components on the table we can clearly organize everything for the best layouts. Financing must be carefully considered at this point with so many things happening at the same time. Many of the smaller components like the stainless steel carabiners and D-rings are minimum order quantity of 5000 pcs. Same with the packing tubes with caps, MOQ 5000 pcs in 20 different sizes. The injection molds are a small ransom to have made and we now need to make the glans caps…. 16 sizes! It’s the 16 sizes that make this such a big challenge! If it was only 3 sizes like other companies it would be a walk in the park. However, we are not taking the easy path for the sake of cutting corners.

We are also looking forward to launching the Vac-Hanger.

The essential components are complete except for some corrections to be made on the thread alignment of the 16 vacuum chambers so that the screw cap top stops in the correct position. We also need to Emboss the logo and sizes on each of the chamber and vac-seal molds, which was delayed as a result of the testing process to confirm the optimum fit for the existing 12 girths.

We are now including a vacuum protection glans cap as well, so more injection molds are required to be made (expensive). So far, I prefer not to use them, but that could change, and they will offer more options for the users that do like to use them.

The vacuum pumps will be ready in the next couple of weeks with the Stealth branded gauges are already here. The custom made press mold samples for the silicone valves and vacuum line adapters to pump, and to the chamber has been tested for fit and hardness of the material and subsequently approved for production.

The order for the custom specification vacuum tubing has been placed. The deposit on the full range of clear packing tubes with caps for protecting the TPE vac-seals, glans caps, and acrylic vacuum chambers will happen in the next few days.

Once the packing tubes are here, and the molds are complete, mass production will begin on the main components.

The stainless steel carabiner and D-rings are already here along with the branded webbing for making the suspension belt. We still require a heavy duty industrial sewing machine for sewing on the D-rings. Its a relatively simple job to complete this component.

The Stealth branded digital scale is currently under production.

Then we still have the waterproof foam, cohesive, and transparent tapes to order yet. After testing several brands, we know which ones we want to use.

The content for the instruction booklet is complete except for the required vector drawings needed for illustration. There will also be a record keeping booklet with a beginner template.

The custom hard shell cases (three sizes) with a contoured foam interior to hold the comprehensive array of components is still on the backburner.

Application for CE and RHoS certifications will also be submitted.

We have just started the high-quality product motion graphic reel to showcase the complete Vac-Hanger kit, and this will be exclusively presented here once we get the patent application submitted.

As you can see, this is a serious project to put together and organize, especially considering the complex size configurations that we were required to sort out. However, once everything is complete, it will appear to be a relatively simple, albeit well-designed package.

In closing, this is not just another “me too” vacuum hanger, and the Stealth Vac-Hanger was almost a no go for this very reason. Fortunately, as the process of experimentation and study unfolded, numerous innovative functional and design elements emerged to make it an exciting and worthwhile project.

As you can imagine, the costs involved are significant, and this is now also contributing some drag on the completion date.

I don’t see any problem as exposure to this level of energy is well within  standards of health and safety. I would think that the therapeutic benefits of the infrared sauna and the electromagnetic potential of the Mag-Volt would compliment each other. You could experiment and see what you think and let us know. Or play it safe and not wear the Mag-Volt when in the sauna. I tend to take the “try it and see what happens” approach.

Yes, it will affect us on the yearly sea cargo shipments. We plan to absorb whatever cost increase there is and keep the focus on expanding the product line in order to maintain the affordable pricing strategy.

Although it has never happened to me, the tube disconnecting from the nipple seems to be a rather common problem. We now have the specialized silicone glue for the production Mag-Volts which also is available with the resize kit, so if you need to make the Mag-Volt a bigger size to fit, we have the kit for $10 which includes the 12″ length of silicone tube + two silicone O-rings, vial of glue and 2mm silicone disc for attaching to one of the clasping magnets to act as a damper to minimize the shock of the high powered magnets. However, if you need to simply need to bond the silicone tube to the nipple you can use simple household silicone adhesive for a decent bond as well.

    Gherron,

We just put the kit together today after receiving the 1ml vials for the glue. The kit includes a 14″ length of silicone tube tapered 1″ at either end to receive the metal beads along with the two silicone O-rings, the silicone glue and a 2mm thick circular 3M silicone disk that is now included with the Mag-Volt. Without the silicone disc to act as a cushion, the highly powered magnets can chip if they are not dampened properly to minimize the impact at an odd angle.

sorry for the late response Jhark,  I somehow overlooked this post!

Its good to hear you experimenting to find what works best for you. It’s amazing how much nuance there can be the optimization process.

I remember the early days of wearing my Stealth and the novelty of getting so much attention. I recall going to a local foot massage place here in China. I would lay back in the recliner to enjoy the woman’s handy work. There was a certain level of arousal involved too so it was not something that was going unnoticed. Another customer was on his way out and he was clearly none too happy the situation as he just glared at me. Oh well, such is life.

The little V kink in the highest point of the coronal ridge and therefore must shoulder the first line of resistance to the forces of flaccid extension. The best remedy would be to shorten the length for a more relaxed fit. You can do this by making larger tucks in the folds of the baseband to draw more of the sheath back inside to minimize the length.

Some guys require more of a conditioning period than others… some none at all. The key point here, if you do experience irritation and redness you should take some rest for a few hours or overnight. The sooner you rest the sooner you can resume wearing again.

The biggest contributor to irritation in the area occurs when there is excess skin left between the silicone ring and the glans. When the underwear and pants compress the glans it will trap the sensitive skin of the frenulum and pinch. Friction will occur when walking which causes the irritation.

When putting on the Innerwear you can draw the excess skin back into the sleeve by holding the silicone ring on the underside of the glans with one hand and use the other to pull the skin at the base of the shaft near the ball sack. Make a final adjustment of the silicone ring to seat it directly behind the coronal ridge of the glans.

As we have been working on your resizes at the support email I am not sure what your history is.

    Hey Bruce,

I don’t know why we are having so much difficulty with the correspondence. I have been diligently answering your replies with no response. When we did connect after I sent you from my personal email I received the required information. I then sent you the tracking number which was followed up by your request for help at the support email, the PM here, and the personal e-mail. I immediately responded by sending you the tracking number for the order we processed at the support email and to the PM here. I will send again by personal email and trust that you receive your tracking number there. If that fails I will just send you the tracking number right here and delete it after you confirm you have got it.

We are now using a clear silicone glue for bonding the tube and nipple. I would share a picture but there is actually nothing to see as it is completely transparent. We have sold out on the initial pre-launch offer so all the backorders waiting to be sent out will be securely glued in place. We will have a resize kit available with a 12″ length of silicone tube, a set of silicone O-rings and a small vial of the silicone glue with dip stick for application.
