I have also experienced this sort of scab formation on the underside of the shaft near the glans (frenulum).

In my case it was for the most part simply a matter of wearing the inner wear for extended periods of time rather than taking more time to rest and recover during the initial conditioning period, which I believe to be the case for you as well.

You clearly have a good handle on things by slowly increasing your wear time and now taking a three day break.

Once you feel you are ready you can start wearing again and be more alert to the irritations that can occur with extended use.

As you get more time in the saddle so to speak these irritations will stop happening as the sensitive skin becomes more accustomed to being in contact with the innerwear on a full time basis.

The material we are looking at is highly elastic so it will actually fit a wider range of sizes so there is absolutely no problem with “in between” sizes…. you will be fully covered in that respect. This material also makes for a very easy time to put the sleeve on and off in comparison to some of the other silicones which are a real challenge.

The size of Corkscrew you ordered will be having a big influence on the way the system works. The bigger sizes can be very heavy whereas the smaller sizes not so much and this changes the dynamics of the device. Once you open it up and have a look you will find a PVC end cap included with the kit for sealing the wire after cutting one or more coils off with a box cutter. In this way you can optimize the size to your preferred style of use. For example I wear the D24 with two coils removed for the lighter/smaller profile that is easier to get on, more comfortable to wear for longer periods and all around easier to conceal with more confidence. In any case, you will want to be within certain parameters of activity with respect to wearing the Corkscrew out and around in public. I tend to wear mine in the privacy of my home or for short predictable outings to the corner store for example. In contrast the inner wear can be worn anytime/anywhere so you will want to take your time and experiment to see how things work best for you.

We will be having 6 girths for the silicone sleeves… 18-20, 22-24, 26-28 etc. all sizes in 8″ lengths. This way one can cut to size any length needed for whatever application from a sheath sleeve, or used when pumping for shaft length and glans size, to the application your suggesting for the ball hangers. Its really all about versatility as there are so many variations possible for the creative PE’er.

The PVC end caps included with the kit can be taken on and off for switching around if need be. Otherwise the easiest way to seal the lead wire after cutting would be to wrap it with black electricians tape.

Using the Retainer Band sounds like a good idea.. maybe a wider one to protect more of the ball sack would be ideal. You could try doubling up on the one you have and see.

The idea behind the bandage was that it could be used to narrow the sack and prevent pinching in order to get the ball stretcher on and then removed.

Fewer moving parts the better in my opinion.

I like the idea of magnetic contacts but from what I gather is that you need to be careful as they can snap together and pinch if your not careful also.

In either case, Cohesive bandage would be a great cushion or buffer to protect the ball sack from getting pinched and also allow some air circulation. Although that might take away for the sensation of contact with the steel surface.

Cohesive Bandage does not stick to the skin but holds well when in contact with itself. It is easily separated for removal. Perfect application for the job.

Agree, If you find the base of the sheath too tight and this is the cause of the pinching then take the measurements at the base, mid shaft and behind the glans as suggested by UD. We can make the sheath so that you get the proper fit along the entire shaft to optimize your comfort.

Hello Mic,

We have experimented with the design you describe. We found that the extended portion of silicone was not able to support itself. The fabric cannot be shaped in this way and would not likely help in any case. The biggest problem with the V shape was that it acted as a natural “tab” which when pulled with any force was detaching the silicone from the fabric.

I don’t attach the buttons on the Stealths I make for personal use. If you want to remove them use a box cutter to carefully trim the centre nib and the pry the two sides apart.

Having a wet spot suddenly appear in your pants while pastoring would be quite an experience for yourself and the church membership. Glad to hear you got it sorted out 🙂

When I am out in public and don’t want to risk any leakage I remove the sleeves when the fit is tight. After the materials are broken in I can leave the sleeves on and completely drain the urine

As Tekcon mentions the key is to completely relax the PC muscle to allow maximum flow and then powerfully contract the PC muscle for proper elimination. To be sure I will do this 2-3 more times to make sure. Its takes a bit of practice to get the routine down pat and then to make it a ritual.
