We can make you a custom tapered sleeve according to the flaccid stretched circumference at the base, mid-shaft, and behind the glans or… depending on the fit you have now, go up in sizes at the base and/or down in sizes behind the glans. For your reference, each size up or down in girth is 1/4″ tighter or looser in circumference.

Some guys require the standard straight sleeve with a tighter fitting silicone ring only, so that is an option as well.

You can contact me at the support email [email protected] for more details and once decided I will send you the discounted invoice as a resize.

Actually the “visual sizer” has been around since the beginning and was main feature of the site for about 5 years. When we upgraded to include the shopping cart with customer accounts and numerous automated backend features, we had to discontinue the sizer as it was simply too complex for compatibility with any of the carts.

The Vac-Hanger TPE glans cap could be used as you describe.

The current Mag-Volt is not offered for sale on the website as it has some issues with the clasping magnets chipping. We have a new design in the works which is currently on hold until I can get back to the factory to finalize some details and clarify the assembly process.

The Vac-Hanger design is more along the lines of the Phallosan Forte with several new features that make it much more effective and versatile.

Although the Sabre Skin was designed to be worn over top of the Innerwear with the fabric underlay for wicking away the moisture. However, you can wear the Sabre Skin on its own but you should keep an eye on said moisture and any effects it may be having on the skin. You will need to wash regularly under warm water with mild soap and wear for less duration ie. 24/7 is not a good idea which, of course, is totally fine with the Innerwear.

    Actually, yes.

I have been working with a fully adjustable prototype strap that we will be introducing once we get a chance to get back to the factory and begin work on the numerous projects that are waiting for completion.

We have a glans cap with the Vac-Hanger. It will be available in all 12 girths plus an additional two at either end of the size range ie. 14-16 and 42-44 for a total of 16 different sizes of Vac-Hanger glans caps.

I am not sure it would work exactly as you have in mind due to the flaccid glans being highly pliable. So rather than enhance the shape of the glans I think it will simply compress it to cause “indents and wrinkles” etc. Even though the appearance of the glans cap would be enhanced … I am not sure it would effectively serve the purpose you have mentioned.

The other factor for such a cap is that it would be made of silicone or similar material which would not allow the skin to breathe for moisture to collect during extended wear times.

    I think it’s a challenge for a practical remedy.

You might want to consider the Innerwear selection a size shorter which reduces pressure applied to the crest of the coronal ridge as it tends to get drawn behind the silicone ring which causes the indentation or crease. The solution here would be a silicone ring that mimicked the contours of the glans in such a way that the forces of extension are evenly distributed around the entire circumference of the coronal ridge and not so much at the apex of the glans.

I have experimented with contoured silicone rings as described but the problem here is that a “tab” of silicone is formed on the underside as it extends along the narrowing groove of the frenulum. This tab becomes rather flimsy and lacks support to be of much use. Another problem is that the “tab” invites the user to pull the innerwear on with it. Over time this leads to the silicone separating from the fabric. As a result we have kept to the simple ring albeit with its own limitations.

When you start working to resolve “everything” it soon becomes apparent that compromises must be made in order to arrive a suitable balance. This takes into consideration the form, function, manufacturing limitations and cost.

However, you could always experiment with the Vac-Hanger glans cap and see if it doesn’t offer some advantage for the application you describe.

yes, getting a bit anxious to resume working on the projects sitting there waiting. Namely the Vac-Hanger and Mag-Volt 2.0. Got some good ideas cooking for a better clamping style hanger as well. I personally dont care for the clamping method but some do and I would like to have all the bases covered with respect choices. Maybe a combination of the two methods for a well-rounded approach to hanging.

I am not entirely clear on your idea.

Do you mean to have the silicone ring only which is then worn at the base of the shaft like a traditional CR? Or to include a portion of the fabric as well and keep it behind the glans? Or do you mean the large “ring” or ball band which is worn behind the ballsack next to the body?

Once, you have a size to wear it is better to make your adjustments based on the actual fit. For your reference, each size down in girth, for example, 26-24-22 is 1/4″ tighter is the circumference. The length, if too long, can also contribute to slippage when the penis is forced to retract when sitting. So the fit should have some slack to be less than fully extended to avoid this problem. Concerning the excess skin, you should retract the skin so that the silicone ring is seated directly behind the coronal ridge of the glans to ensure secure extension. If you have excess skin that is difficult to “stuff” back in behind the silicone ring. Use one hand to hold the underside of the silicone ring and use the other to pull the skin at the base of the shaft near the ball sack to draw the excess skin back down the sleeve. You can then easily tuck whatever remains between the silicone ring and glans behind inside the sleeve. The other consideration is, do you need a tapered sleeve or a straight sleeve with a tighter fitting silicone ring to achieve the proper fit for the optimum comfort and best performance.

For now the strapless is the way to go and some guys prefer it over the ballband version. Contact the support email for pictures of both so you can see the difference. We have been testing a fully adjustable ball band that uses velcro as an attachment method. But this is out of reach for now due to the coronavirus matter with travel bans. Let’s hope that this crisis gets sorted out soon and everything gets back to normal.

    Hello!

The Innerwear may be a bit snug fitting at first. However, it will break-in for a more comfortable fit after a week or so of use. During this time, you should remain alert to any discomfort or irritation that can develop during the conditioning period and rest for a few hours or overnight before resuming to wear. The sooner you rest the sooner you can resume wearing again. Of course, if it is obviously too tight you should not wear it if it is uncomfortable and look at a resize.

If you attempt to wear a size that extends to the full erect length you will experience slippage of the glans back inside the sleeve and/or wrinkling of the fabric sleeve wall. This occurs when you sit as it causes the penis to retract when the pelvis shifts back and the hips rotate forward. When extended to the erect length you will not be able to urinate without experiencing a great deal of pain which causes an reflexive contraction to immediately stop the flow. You definitely need some space for the flaccid penis to retract to some extent in order to avoid these problems.

The plastic snap buttons are tested 3x before passing QC… unfortunately, as in your case, they can pop off on occasion. If your is broke and you prefer to have them then you can contact the support email at [email protected] to resolve the matter.

If you find the ball band does not keep the balls from retracting and is more of a nuisance then the strapless version is a good option. The only drawback here is that the sleeve will not provide space for the ballsack to hang along the base of the shaft. The ball band version has the hole for the baseband cut-out which creates a shorter length of the sleeve along the underside of the penis. However, if it is a bother you have the advantage of folding the base of the sleeve to effectively control the sleeve length which makes for a sturdier section of sleeve wall at the base of the shaft.

I can send you links to a demo video on how to efficiently put on and wear the Corkscrew via DropBox… just send a request sent to the support email.

    thanks, Stephen,

Agree, the mainstream “media” is not without motive for heavily biased opinions.

China has now closed entry to foreign visa holders so its definitely wait and see for now.

This whole corona thing is rapidly developing day to day and doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon. Everyone around the world has pretty much gone into self-isolation. Here in the heart of Vancouver city, at 7:00 pm sharp everyone claps, cheers, hollers, whistles, and bangs pots and pans to support the front line workers and medical staff. It’s quite a surreal experience, on one hand, much like inmates making a ruckus and rattling their bars in prison and on the other, it has a touching uniquely human quality that evokes a strong feeling of community and well wishes for one another.

True, travel right now is not a good idea with the guidelines and procedures many countries are rapidly putting in place which include self-quarantine with monitoring of outsiders entering into China in particular. Curiously, China now has become one of the safer places to be with new infections dwindling to relatively few as compared to the States which is blowing up to almost 125,000 cases and counting.

Hang tight guys and let’s see where things go from here.
