Agree, it’s more of a confidence thing. Rare is the perfect body so I think we all have insecurities about the way we look. As I walk past my reflection in the shop windows, I am much more concerned about the bulge of my belly than the one in my pants, quite the opposite of my younger years… lean and fit with no Stealth.

Yeah, we are much too hard on ourselves… but, that is no excuse to be a slouch either.

Anyway, I guess the belly is a much easier “problem” to rectify. So I am currently on fruit and veggie blended smoothie “fast”. I am in my late 50’s and just a couple of days make a huge difference in the visual with less food in the gut.

The Innerwear was designed specifically for the grower who had a potent dislike for the sensations of retraction and the insecurities that came with it.

This positive effect works very well not only on the physical level but also on the psychological.

The Sabre Skin was designed to be worn over the Innerwear for added support and a bit more extension. However, with more extension comes the added potential for slippage as the penis needs a bit of room for some retraction when sitting.

The Sabre Skin can also be worn quite effectively on it own, however, the extension is not held quite as secure as the Innerwear with silicone ring, so you would cut the length a bit shorter to compensate for this, maybe only a 1/4″ less or so.

The disadvantage is that the thermo-plastic elastomer (TPE) does not allow the skin to transpire. Of course, this is the big advantage of the fabric sleeve.

I find the Sabre Skin to be ideal worn on it own, as a double layered sleeve, when swimming for example, as the look and feel are completely natural and shorter duration of application is in order.

It is available in all 12 girths and a standard length of 8″. Depending on your requirement you can get 2 or even 3 sleeves from a single Sabre Skin.

This is the original Mag-Volt which is prone to chipping. We added a silicone ring to eliminate the problem but the adhesive becomes soft with the body hat and allows it to shift out of position which is less than ideal.

For this reason it is not found on the website product page for purchase. We have the new Mag-Volt 2.0 in the works with all the components ready for assembly with a only a few minor details to be worked out before production can begin. However, as I am not able to be at the factory, it is on hold until the travel restrictions lifted.

If you don’t mind the risk of chipping which can occur when the two powerful clasping magnets jump out of the fingers and collide on contact. I never had one chip on me personally as I take care to control the contact in a way that minimizes the impact.

The Mag-Volt 2.0 is superior no doubt but it will also be at least twice the price of the original now at $30 only. If you would like to go ahead and purchase as is you can send an email to support at [email protected] and we will have an invoice made out and sent to you.

Its a pretty nifty little device and I know it works like magic after severe bruising of my ball sack that was deep black and blue two weeks after having a vasectomy. We did our best to match the already existing flesh tone spandex sleeves and retainer bands. These were of course intended to match my own Caucasian genital skin tone colour. The problem is that natural skin tone is a spectrum of subtle colour variations that combine to create a general tone or shade. So whenever, a specific colour is isolated it becomes artificial looking. Take for example a painted portrait that is made of a single colour… and all realism is lost. A range of individual colours are needed that in turn optically combine to create a vibrancy that looks “alive”.

Beyond that, it would be difficult to incorporate several colours, which has been requested a number of times for both darker and lighter shades. Problem is, we already have 99 sizes in 5 different components which makes a total of 500 SKU’s! If we try to add a range of colours it becomes even more challenging to manage.

Not to mention we are already seriously pushing limits in a manufacturing world where orders less than 5-10 thousand of a single product or size is not appreciated.

I hope that doesn’t come across as a complaint… its just the reality.

The “dip” at the top of the coronal ridge occurs as the glans begins to slide past the silicone ring… particularly when sitting. We have tried making a contoured silicone ring but encountered problems with the “tab” that is created as it is intuitively used to pull the Innerwear off which can lead to adhesion failures.

The other consideration is the burning sensation that occurs when extension is pushed closer to the erect length. In effect, some room for a more relaxed fit is required or you end up losing the convenience factor which is a priority when extending for longer periods of time…. 24/7.

Remember, the Innerwear is made of fabric and is designed as a passive extender or anti-retraction device. If you are looking for more active stretching up to and beyond erect length you should be looking at the Corkscrew or other stretching device. However, the Innerwear’s level of comfort will be diminished and the ability to urinate lost.

It becomes a question of application and the intensity/duration factors that come into play.

Hello BMO,

When we were making the prototypes in the various materials and range of hardnesses… it was done it the basic clear “colour”. Once the material and hardness were determined, we made the flesh tone colour for the production run.

I also was not certain which way to go clear or flesh tone but the problem with clear was that it gets cloudy with use as the fingers leave prints behind. Whereas the flesh tone maintains a nice and clean appearance. So it was decided in favour of the flesh tone colour.

Sorry, I am late to the party here!

As a general practice I would recommend making size adjustments based on the fit of the Innerwear you have on hand. We know precisely how much each size up or down in length or girth is, so this is more accurate than remeasuring which is bound to be influenced by the interpretation of method and technique when following the written instructions.

The first question I have when a user reports slippage back inside the sleeve is whether the Innerwear has been set-up properly. Often is the case, guys will get the sleeve inside out. This is typically only possible when the baseband has not been folded twice due to the logo being obviously amiss when rightsize out, if not folded. Whereas, inside out with no folds the logo seems to be ok as it is still visible, albeit… upside down.

The problem with having no folds of the baseband and sleeve section turned inside out, one… the overall length becomes longer which contributes to slippage, particularly when sitting, but more critically, the silicone ring is facing outwards which ends up rolling back under itself as the glans easily slides past to retract back inside the sleeve.

This would be the first problem to eliminate before moving into the specifics of sizing and potentially a custom tapered sleeve.

If you are experiencing a burning sensation with urination… this is a telltale sign that the fit for girth is too tight.

As Christian points out, the process of Penis Enlargement requires multiple pronged approach with respect to exercises needed to stimulate growth.

To your question, length and girth are not mutually exclusive and have influence over each other. Particularly girth in the flaccid state will be enhanced with gains in length.

You should be including jelqs as a standard practice to engorge the penis with blood for not only gains but overall general health and function of the penis.

Much can be learned to optimize the performance of the device in this way.

There is a big difference between the mechanics of water vs air as a medium of inducing negative pressure or vacuum. With air having the capacity for expansion and contraction to acts as a buffer for safety or inefficient evacuation (?) with fluid transferring the forces of pressure directly for more efficient but less safe if not careful practice. Preference for one over another is subjective and therefore depends on the individual with both camps claiming superior results. I personally prefer a pump in which both air and water are available in modulation to explore the optimum for a given session. The biggest advantage in my opinion is that water temperature can used to help “warm up” the tissues for safer and better results. Again, one should have the ability for quick and efficient   exchange of both mediums in a single device.

This typically requires an intensive weight hanging routine for more dynamic stretching of the anatomy. This too followed up with a supporting routine of exercises that include passive stretching 24/7 to help cement gains. A large part of successful penis enlargement involves self perception which is a very powerful thing not be underestimated.

Yes, before I finished reading the rest of your message I was already thinking of the strapless. This is typical for hidden penis with fat pad as the base band is unable to maintain a secure grip around the genital mass. Certainly in these cases, the strapless version is more suitable as the sleeve will not be pushed off the shaft as it is like a layer of skin around the shaft which will stay in place .
