Hello Z…
You can mix and match the components in whichever way works best for you. Keep experimenting to see if you can refine your experience, which will probably change over time… at least initially.
all the best!
Without a lot experience and detailed study I am not what would be considered a PE “expert”.
However, I do have in depth experience using the Innerwear 24/7 for the first 4 or 5 years of development and in doing so have become an authority on sizing, use, and general trouble shooting for the Stealth line of products.
With respect to the Vac-Hanger, my primary interest has been functional in nature. I need only test an existing product once or twice and then spend more time to carefully consider the principals at work in order to understand how the design can be improved. Then as product development takes shape the necessary solutions are inherently revealed by the problems encountered along the way which inevitably leads to new things being discovered.
That being said, I have practiced a dedicated routine on three separate occasions for a period of three months each for a total of 9 months intensive daily/twice daily use.
The insights which led to the new design features, of course, will be part of the kit. The unique methods and principals will also be detailed in the instruction manual and beginner’s routine template.
With the pump, again, I had only conducted a couple of test trials to sufficiently understand where the current designs fell short. However, in this case, there was no need to actively pump to gain more insight as the issues at hand were exclusively mechanical in nature.
Although I have a working prototype I have never engaged in a regular pumping routine. I will not do so until testing the more refined production grade prototype while writing the instruction manual and development of the user template. This is the best sequence for me to properly understand the principals, methods, and techniques required for an effective pumping routine.
Specifically to your question. Once again, I am not a hard core PE practitioner. My interest lies more so in the process of product development. Of course, gains are most welcome but not at the expense of health or aesthetics. In which case, I believe it is far better to coax gains rather than apply brute force to the anatomy.
I quickly learned this lesson when experimenting briefly with heavier weights while testing to find the optimum chamber configuration without the months or years of conditioning required to safely do so.
However, in the 9 months (3 x 3) process of developing the 3 month beginners routine template I have gained a solid 5/8″ erect length and maybe an 1/8″ in girth. Modest gains for sure but for me the focus has been entirely on the individual product development of specific devices rather than optimization of a comprehensive well rounded PE routine that is needed to maximize gains over the shortest period of time.
As Stealth transitions into the leading PE device manufacturing company we will see more “experts” getting involved in the forums for discussion of specific theory and general practice.
However, while advice from others is always a good starting point, over time an effective routine/intensity level will always be shaped into something unique based on your own personal experience, preference, lifestyle and level of dedication to practice and study.
Thanks Stephen,
Initially, we were working on both the hydro pump and Vac-Hanger simultaneously but it soon became apparent that it was not feasible to try and continue with both.
As the Vac-Hanger appeared “easier” of the two it was selected but as the developmental process continued so did the complexity to the extent that now it is not just another one of the typical chamber/sleeve Vac-Hanger systems currently available in the market.
The hydro pump will no doubt be the flagship device in the Stealth line-up but it will come last as it is the most challenging to realize.
thanks for your continued interest and support.
Hi Richard,
We are again moving forward after the Lunar New Year Holidays. It’s just amazing when you are dealing with so many other people to organize things, which are many, as we pull all the final details together.
We are also now working on a second motion graphic video which will be almost as stunning as the first. I know I am talking a big game here but this kit will launch Stealth into the mainstream PE world with a universally recognized “best in category” device.
We are also working on a new compression hanger design which will set a new standard in that space as well. This is a much simpler project than the Vac-Hanger so it will not be years in the making. However, it will also be a superbly designed, super high quality device that will set a new standard as well.
thanks for your patience.
Hi Zak,
Welcome, Stealth was originally designed to prevent turtling with the psychological benefits of enhanced sensation of size. When fitted properly you will have the comfort and convenience to wear 24/7. However, Penis Enlargement enthusiasts also like to wear for remaining extended during the recovery period between sessions for cementing gains.
all the best!
yes thats true, however, many guys like to use the Innerwear when using other types of mechanical extenders for comfort purposes which is fine as long as they do not require any type of vacuum seal.
Hmnnn… no, the fabric would not allow the air tight seal to be created around the shaft for proper evacuation of the chamber. The Innerwear would be worn post Vac-Hanging session to maintain passive extension throughout the day.
Welcome aboard SnK…
Glad to hear you nailed the fit bang on!
So I bumped up the weight to 8.75 lbs for a planned 45 minute session that ended up 60 minutes in duration… and it feels great. With the extra 1.25 lbs has induced a full bodied state of continuous fatigue one session to the next (twice a day). You can feel this at the beginning of a new session with the peculiar sensations that occur as you suspend the weight. It can also be felt at any time during the session with a deep full bodied cough just to confirm. I use a technique I have termed “glans lock™” in which the erection is used to internally pressurizes the chamber for a very solid bond. I have tested up to 20 lbs for brief moments with only an mm or two of separation at the top of the chamber. It’s almost irresistible to not check so in the name of “testing” I have to try it and see but for just a brief moment as it is far too much weight for me to be hanging.
You have the right idea to begin intermittent on and off during the initial conditioning period before wearing full time. The conditioning period and time on and off depends on the individual response with some requiring more and some none at all.
The basic idea is, the sooner you rest the sooner you can resume wearing again. Maybe it only requires a few hours or overnight rest but if you choose to ignore and the skin becomes irritated then you may need a 2-3 days rest. I remember mostly ignoring because I preferred the sensation of wearing it all the time, so yeah… individual choice and consequences 😉
If you are experiencing slippage, the first thing I like to check is that the innerwear is set-up correctly with the two folds of the base band. If not, it is more than likely inside out which leads to slippage as the silicone ring rolls under with the glans sliding past easily.
Here are a couple of pics to demonstrate the difference.
Inside Out which you can see leads to the silicone ring rolling under allowing the glans to slip past and down the sleeve…
Correct set-up of the baseband with two folds with silicone ring facing inside the sleeve…
Here is a link to the demo video as well…
If you are still experiencing slippage with a tight fitting sleeve at the base of the shaft then a custom tapered sleeve might be required to get the correct fit. You can take your flaccid stretched measurements at the base, mid-shaft and glans to determine the correct size for circumference along the shaft.
If not, then simply a size down in girth may be all that is required.
Urination is a bit more tricky wearing the Innerwear. As the urethra is stretched the urine flow will be impeded, more or less. If fully stretched urination is not possible at all as a result of the intense burning sensation which causes an automatic contraction to prevent any more flow right then and there.
Once the properly fitted Innerwear has had a chance to break-in for a more comfortable fit you should have no problem as long as you take some extra time to “finish” 2-3 extra times. By this I mean to relax and expel several more times after you would usually consider to be finished. Never rush this process and assume you are done, otherwise, you risk leakage which typically occurs with a cough or sneeze. Very uncomfortable and potentially embarrassing.
If I am wearing the spandex sleeves layered on top I will usually remove them to avoid the potential mishap described above.
I have resumed hanging since one month ten days with only 2 days off. I starting up again at 5 lbs, once a day for a 1/2 hr session. Now currently at 7.5 lbs, twice a day, 1 hrs each sessions and just beginning to experience “fatigue” which is the optimal state for making gains.
After 7 months total time training I have gained a solid 1/2″ erect length. I measure conservatively and was very surprised to document the gain so clearly and super motivated to continue just for the fun of it.
Very important not to measure success on the weight used but rather being economical and efficient to get the most out of the least amount of weight. Counter intuitive and very difficult not to get caught up in the numbers but with a little bit of experience it becomes much easier. Hence the slow start at 5 lbs for the 1/2 hr session once a day.
I found myself wanting to jump up directly to 10 lbs today but just ignored the impulse. Slow and steady to maximum the benefits of using less weight/more time for faster gains overall.
Really happy with the system as it is working flawlessly.
Sounding… yes, I have wondered what it was after hearing about it too. I don’t think its something for me personally but here is a good article on the various aspects of sounding…

and a more radical version using a toothbrush…
I was hoping to be back at the factory by now to complete the project, however, this is not possible with no sign of the travel restrictions being lifted. So we have just started working on the project remotely. Although not ideal, it seems to be going well enough as all of the major work was completed mid-December last year and then the pandemic derailed plans just as I was scheduled to return.
We now only need to make the box/foam packaging, print the instruction manual and user template, do the production run on all the injection moulded components with some assembly of other parts such as putting the gauges on the vacuum pump, preparing the remote hanging cord, the ankle, knee, and waist anchor belts, IR heating pad etc.
Sounds like a lot but these are all relatively minor tasks compared to the intensive work that was required to develop the feature set and sizing system with so many prototypes and redesigns to arrive at the final configurations. It will all be super simple once you get the kit in hand without any indication of the hardships that went it.
I wanted to be there for the production run on the vacuum chambers and TPE accessories but it is not so crucial under the circumstances.
thanks for your continued interest and support!
Yes, if the glans is remaining engorged and turning purple then it is better not too waste time trying the make it work when a resize is required. However, if the fit is only a bit stiff and tight then 7-10 days of use will allow for the material to break-in for a more comfortable fit.
Hi LB,
Welcome!
The Innerwear comes with the two spandex sleeves and retainer band in the Stealth Pack. Depending on the fit, at first, when the fabric is brand new, you may not need to wear any of the sleeves over top of the Innerwear. As the material breaks in for a more comfortable fit you can begin experimenting with the spandex sleeves layered on top for more support. You can try one or the other or both sleeves at the same time to see what set-up suits your purpose, which can change depending on your mood, the clothes you wear and the social environment at the time. Yes, you can sleep with the Innerwear on at night no problem, however, I would recommend not to wear any sleeves layered on top as it may cause some discomfort during nocturnal erections which will wake you from your sleep. No worries as you will end up removing it half awake and then drift back into sleep. Again, you can experiment to see what you like best and maybe including the spandex sleeve is not an issue when sleeping. If you send me a message at the support email [email protected] I will be able to send you links to some video that demonstrate how to put on and wear the devices.
