I read an interview with a retired female porn stars wherein she was debunking the myths of the industry while bringing to light the horrible realities of it (I work in human trafficking prevention. As far as locker rooms, during a workout your blood flow is sent to the muscle groups you are using. Most guys turn I to trouser toddlers after a workout. But I hear ya about wanting to bulk up before the locker room. This will sound immature and borderline pervy, but hopefully into a bathroom stall and give yourself a fee good tugs or jelq style strokes before dropping trou.  It will bring your circulation back to your penis.
