Thanks for the updates StealthMan!  Any word on when 2.0 will be ready?  I was hoping a Sabre-like cap would be released that would hold onto one side using vacuum instead of the glue. I’ve tried several different super glues and nothing wants to bond to the silver and the silicon – big challenge!  A cap like this may allow older MagVolts that have cracked to still be used by covering the open end?

I haven’t needed a custom order, but I have ordered 4 sizes over time. If your head is not sliding back inside the innerwear when turtling, you might be able to order a smaller diameter sleeve.  The sleeves really help prevent the innerwear from bunching up.  If your head stays in front of the ring, that might help. You could also test wrapping some athletic tape around the innerwear to keep it extended.

I have a smaller diameter premium sleeve that works great, but it is pretty hard for me to put on!  That matches a smaller and longer innerwear that I must turn inside out to put the ring over my head first, then work to pull the innerwear on where it should be.  Fits great for days once on, but it is a struggle when too tight.

Solo affair here too!  Although she has recently taken slightly more interest… been nearly a year of almost full time use and I have kept it hidden so far!  To me that shows the genious power of the Stealth.  If I can pee, change clothes, and crawl in bed naked while wearing the Stealth and still keep it a secret, the design is something special!  Often at night I’ll remove and tuck the stealth in my pillow case getting into bed, then slip it back on once she is going to sleep.

Once I was working at home and she surprised me by asking me to try on a bathing suit in the middle of the day!  I gudgenly obliged but left my underwear on to which she complained a bit. I blew it off and said it fits, I have to get back to work… Since she has no idea, that would have been an interesting conversation! Lol

Thanks Stephen. I expect checked bags (under the plane) to be fine, but TSA has always stopped me with the autoXsleeve weight cap in my carry on. I’ve even been pulled out of line and swabbed down because I had cheese in my carry on! Lol… hopefully you meant carry on and the coil of lead passed through the X-ray with no one carrying?

Following up in case this helps others. Once again customer service was very helpful and suggested that I order the correct diameter.  Having the right size tube is very nice when retwisting the corkscrew back to the right shape.  I did make a custom order with a longer corkscrew than my innerwear, which was very hard to use at first and it took me a while to find just the right place to cut it shorter. In the end I now have a full length corkscrew for home use (675 grams or about 1.5 pounds) and a shorter one with about 5 coils that I feel pretty comfortable wearing all the time (317 grams or 0.7 pounds).  Given the lighter weight of the small one, I haven’t had it slip off yet, but I also tighten all the coils.  And when I’m in “excercise mode,” I can wear the longer corkscrew and then screw the short corkscrew onto the end resulting in almost 1000 grams or 2.2 pounds of stretch!

My favorite part about the corkscrew is how easy it is to put on and take off! In seconds I can go from a weighted stretch to innerwear only maintanence. It is fast enough that I have used a public urinal without too much fear!  I also have the autoextender weighted end caps (not a Stealth product) and trying to roll up the silicon sleeve cannot be done in public even when cut in half!  Plus the weighted cap adds unnatural length and swing whereas I feel the short corkscrew appears quite natural.  I see where others have said the full length is a bit too much to wear outside the house for most people, but my short version meets my every need!
