My respectful suggestion is not to order too large and err, if at all, on the smaller size. The fabric will stretch and you really don’t want it to merely be a coat. You want it to fit snug enough to prevent turtling. All of us want a bigger one but  ordering a larger size than you need will not help get you there.

I wear it overnight and it is great. Unless your retainer is too tight or you have too many lawyers on it should be comfortable.

I have purchased 3 sets of Innerwear and 1 corkscrew. I outgrew my first one so I upsized. Then I added a 2nd one to use after I pump. I am very pleased with these products. Also, they do stretch as any fabric will do over time so I suggest the sleeve be replaced every 3-6 months depending upon usage.
