    Stealth Man,

Thanks for your previous advice. As follow up now that I’ve (finally) gotten back into using the corkscrew with custom sized ES, I had a question:

Wearing the ES normally or with one of the premium sleeves is no problem at all, I notice no slippage at the silicone ring through daily activities. With the corkscrew, though, I am still getting some small slippage of the silicone ring at the coronal ridge. I can continue to tighten the coils at the head to keep it from sliding, but it seems like by the time I’ve found the sweet spot between no slippage and sufficient circulation I’ll notice the silicone ring begins to fold over on itself, like the ring and the fabric just behind it are just a bit wider than the “ring” created by the last few coils of the corkscrew. This has me wondering if I should get a smaller diameter silicone ring on my next order, so that folding of the fabric (which allows for the head to sometimes slip through) is lessened. The size I have now is comfortable, so I don’t want to go down in size and be uncomfortable just for the sake of the corkscrew. What do you think?

    Hey guys,

I had this slippage issue and it was indeed very frustrating. I checked and checked my measurements but I kept slipping through. In my case, I had the extension sheath/strapless Innerwear so I knew I couldn’t possibly be wearing it inside out by mistake. It was incredibly uncomfortable and I spent all day keeping my motions in mind so I wouldn’t accidentally dislodge the head from the silicone ring by, say, stepping up into the truck on my way out to lunch break.

It took probably 3 Innerwears before I considered a custom size unit. All I did was keep the size as described (B30 I think, I don’t remember) and then ask for a taper at the head to something smaller. Bruce was GREAT at working out the measurements with me and making sure it fit right. Sometimes they can work with you on the price too, like StealthMan mentioned above, in my experience they REALLY want it to work for you.

Now that I have an Innerwear that matches my body, I can’t even tell it’s there most of the time. It never slips, the ring stays where it’s supposed to and I don’t do anything special besides use the smaller band (that came with the custom unit) just behind the head. I can wear it from 7am to 9 or 10 at night with no issues 90% of the time

I almost gave up but now I am 5-6 innerwears in and I have already gone up in size (without any other home PE exercises), and think I’m going to be getting another one around the first of the year. Don’t give up hope!

    – Jeff

    Hi Brucex2,

I recently had to order a custom stealth and it was super easy – I would start by emailing the Stealth team at [email protected]. I would explain to them your issue and they can tell you what info they need from you to custom size your Stealth based on your specific issues. I had to try two or three different size combinations before I found the perfect fit – and it was definitely worth the time and effort. The customer care team is usually very responsive and if not, Stealth Man here is a fantastic help as well. The other fellas here are great at answering questions too if all else fails. Hope you find the one that works for you, happy Stealthing!

After a bit more testing, it seems to be the fabric that is scrunching. Thankfully the scrunching has not negatively affected the ring’s ability to hold the glans in place. And as long as I’m wearing it right – no slippage or pain!

A couple of weeks now with this custom unit and all has been great. It’s a pain to get on sometimes but I’ve managed to wear the ES/premium sleeve/double length sleeve and the 30 and 26 retainers (base and glans, respectively) all day at work and I can just go about my day and forget I have it on. I’ll remove it for exercise and then at home, the premium sleeve and double length sleeve and the retainer bands are plenty to keep full length and engorgement even through the night. I’ll be wearing it 24/7 soon with a day here and there as rest, usually on the weekend. I’m just now realizing I haven’t tried the corkscrew with the newly-fitted sheath…I couldn’t get it to work before without the whole apparatus slipping off sheath and all, but now I should give it another shot.

I gave working out with the extension sheath another go and had no issues. Actually, even in workout/athletic boxer briefs, I still found I was flopping around on my run! In this case, I had to dress left or right towards the thigh. I haven’t figured out yet how to wear the sheath and point straight down in boxer briefs without the very top of the glans ridge beginning to retreat into the ring, creating a slight “v” shape at the coronal ridge, which eventually causes discomfort. I’ve tried retainer band on and behind the ring to prevent this but I still can’t rest pointed downward in anything but boxers or commando without that happening. Any tips there are appreciated!

I’ve had an interesting look or two, which was entertaining. However I workout at a local Y and there are lots of kids around all the time and I think it’s best to probably forgo the sheath until I change my workout venue.

I’ve only had one or two instances so far of seeing other people notice the extra bulge but I’m hoping it becomes more common, at least for a while – it’s a great confidence boost and really entertaining for sure! Honestly – I was thinking the other day  I might accidentally piss off some soccer mom or parent some day with my “obvious erection” from dressing left/right and occasionally wearing tight-ish jeans or thin athletic shorts. Not sure if I would just tell someone who decided to comment to F off and mind their business or if it’s a legit concern that could get me into trouble. I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it.

Thank you Stealth Innerwear for creating a great product and a supportive customer care team and community!

    Stealthman and fellow Stealthers,

I wanted to provide follow up now that I’ve received the custom fitted sheath yesterday. I ended up with a B30 base and mid that tapered to a B26 at the glans. While this sheath is just a bit more difficult to put on, the fit is a world of difference. I don’t have to think about my movements and body positions anymore!!! I’ve still got the conditioning period to go through, but the only slippage I had was when I went for a run that afternoon and it came off while running. I will try again and see if it continues, it could very well have been the way I was wearing it or could have slipped some and should’ve been reset before I started running.

It used to take the sheath, a premium sleeve, the Sabre skin, the Double length sleeve and then two retainer bands…with all of that piled into one another I was pretty much hard while being soft, at least it felt/looked that way. No way I could have pointed down or up in a simple pair of boxer briefs, to the side was the only way to wear my Stealth. Now, I can wear just about any boxers/briefs etc that I choose and so far haven’t had issues, and it’s just the Stealth and a double length sleeve (used for both slight compression and as a foreskin) and the B26 band around the base for engorgement. So much easier and feels so much better!!

If you are experiencing slippage or feel like you don’t quite have the right fit, a custom Stealth is definitely the way to go!!!

My one last question would be that I have some scrunching behind the glans and silicone ring, I assume it’s for some wiggle room for when seated or in any other position of potential retraction. Is this normal and if not, how can I combat this? I get the urge to pull on the sheath at the base and straighten it out so that it doesn’t have that slight scrunch behind the ring.

Thank you Stealthman and Stealth Customer service team for your professional and prompt handling of customer’s needs!!!

    Stealthman,

I’ve just sent up another email, no problem. Let me know if you don’t get it and I can PM you my order details. I requested in the email that I work with you on this order. I checked my spam folder but the folder was empty. I will send you a PM with the previous emails for your review and use.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hey Stealth Man,

Thanks for the tips. I will more than likely end up with a couple of different sizes for this reason.

On a side note, I sent an email to Customer Service ([email protected]) with my measurements on Thursday of last week and haven’t heard back yet, just wanted to let someone know? I sent a follow up email yesterday as well. Is there another way to go about submitting a custom order?

    Thanks!

Stealthman, I will send an email with measurements to the support team tomorrow. I’m excited to try properly fitted Stealth. Before I measure, one last question:

I began regular PE exercises some time after I began wearing my Stealth regularly. With these new measurements, should I shoot to measure before PE exercises or after? I believe there’s a little size difference after a PE workout.

    Thanks guys!

Thanks Whaim and Stealth Man, I appreciate your input. I’ve been thinking about custom sized for a while now and think I may just have to bite the bullet. I just hate having too many products sitting around I can’t/am not going to use, ya know?

I like the fact that the different parts and pieces are so versatile in building a system that works for the individual, for me it seems I have to have MANY layers and pressure so that I don’t slip inside the silicone ring (sometimes I get the cold or slightly purple colored head that’s a little worrisome) but maybe a custom fit will fix that. I did the 1/2″ into the pubic fat/bone when I measured but maybe I ordered one that’s too long and that’s what is causing the slippage? Maybe a correctly sized unit would allow some freedom of movement while wearing. I’m constantly having to keep in mind my movements so I don’t retract into the sheath. I can’t really exercise or even run around casually with the slippage rate currently…I have to be mindful of how I enter/exit my truck or how I sit into my office chair or even that will cause slippage!

I’m hoping it doesn’t take many more Stealths before I find a perfect fit, because though it’s frustrating at times I love this product so far 🙂
