Hi. How close do you need to be on the measurements for everything to work properly?   Does the corkscrew adjust for length?

Hello Allen,

The measurements for the Innerwear should be fairly accurate for the proper performance. However, the Corkscrew is highly adjustable so you have more latitude on the sizing.
