I made an order back in January and have not had any notification of shipping and the order still says ‘processing’? I messaged on the ‘contact us’ page but had no response.
All our support messages are clear. Can you try sending another. We have shipped all the backorders so we have the tracking number for you.

I was just going to say that all the support messages have been cleared… but I searched Rob just in case and found your message was sent to the “spam folder”.
This must have been the same situation with your original message. In any case, I will look into it now and reply in the next 5 minutes.
Rob, I have sent you the tracking number on the support thread. Here is a screen shot of the current status which indicates that the “international departure” for your country was on the 23rd of Feb. Now it just needs to clear customs your side before it gets picked up again in the tracking system for the expected delivery date.
