Foreskin restore

Hi I use this product to help with foreskin restoration and am wondering if anyone is doing the same? Tend to not use the outer part. I find the inner sleeves and retainer band do a fine job of stretching the skin. I don’t find the outer sleeve comfortable or necessary for my use. Anyone have a similar cause for use?
