I have two questions:
I’m looking into purchasing the Vac-Hanger Pro as well as the ADS Belt, but have some questions about sizing, And looking for assistance.
1) How does sizing for the Vac-Hanger Pro compare to the Phallosan Forte?
2) If I’m wearing a 26-size girth for Innerwear, how crucial is it that I use the same size for the Vac-Hanger?
Context:
I’ve used the Phallosan Forte for a few years, and have been able to use both the medium/large cap size without issue. I’m likely more of a medium, but even in the large my head expands to fill nearly the entire cap as my flaccid head size is quite small in girth.
My concern is that when wearing the D-size Innerwear, even now I have some retraction issues, but given that my head size increases dramatically when pumped I’m uncertain how that should factor into sizing for the Hanger Pro. I should also mention that I have some difficulty getting my penis through the Innerwear sleeve if I have any type of erection. This makes me wonder if I should choose a larger girth for the Hanger Pro than I use with the Innerwear.
