I received my first Stealth (innerwear with strap) last week and am seeking some advice. I will start by saying I am uncut and sadly, very small. The small opening is tough to get my fingers into especially when tugging the head through. The spandex sheath method partway down made getting it over the head easy, but the foreskin comes with it, so that doesn’t work for me. I think I have finally mastered getting it on but am curious on others experience with a couple things. First, I have found that I need to use the retainer band to prevent retraction, due to my foreskin combined with extreme turtling. This does seem to do a good job at keeping things where they should be, but it then burns like hell during urination. I am thinking of simply going with only the innerwear and retention band (no, spandex sheath) and just remove and replace the band for urination. This would probably be fine, but I was hoping for a set it and forget it, which leads me to my next question.
The Sabre Skin… any uncut guys have experience with that? I wondered if that might be a good option to stay in place due to the likely skin gripping of the material. My concern her is how difficult it would be to get on if I am again working with the very small openings in the sheath..
I ended up purchasing the Sabre Skin. I have had no issue getting it on, although my foreskin continues to be a problem. While it would still be interesting to hear other strategies here, I will share what seems to be working (so far) for me. Simply having the Sabre skin sit just in front of the corona, rather than behind it has worked well. While my entire head isn’t exposed which is a bummer, the sabre skin grips the glands quite well and keeps things from moving forward. This works well on its own and even better over the inner wear. With the inner wear, I keep the silicone ring behind the corona and the sabre skin just past the corona. All stays put and its pretty comfortable. Urination stings a little but nothing like it did with the retention band.
