Measuring Instructions
To measure length: In the flaccid (soft) condition, clamp your penis head using your thumb and finger. Fully extend your penis to a comfortable stretch. Lightly press the ruler slightly (1/2" only) into the fat pad towards the pubic bone. Measure along your shaft without including your penis head.
To measure girth: Once again, fully extend your penis to a comfortable stretch. Use a measuring tape to measure the circumference of your shaft right behind the penis head. If you do not have a measuring tape, wrap a strip of paper behind your penis head. Mark the strip of paper and then measure the distance on a ruler.
After you’ve measured yourself and double-checked for accuracy, enter your length and girth into the drop-down menus. Our calculator will automatically choose the most suitable size for you. The size code will be shown in the display box for your reference. You may manually adjust it, if needed.

I noticed pretty instant changes in the first few days of wearing. I will say if you have severe shrinkage go a size down in girth for added tension. I triple in size from soft to erect and needed to replace mine. That said I already have a little extra hang after removing it until after bed of course. I'd love for it to hang the 4" it's currently stretched to all the time as im satisfied being just over 6" erect...I just hate the feel and look of the 2 inch nub I usually sport when soft.
I ordered a strapless E40. The girth seems to be right, but maybe i over estimated the length. The inner wear seems to have too many wrinkles, which I do not see on others. Maybe I Nees to order a shorter one.
I ordered the Strapless and after wearing it, figured out I mis-measured. Bruce was extremely helpful and quick to respond and troubleshoot. I ended up having to share pictures and order a different size, but Bruce was helpful and professional throughout the process. As for the product, I’m happy with it. My goal was the anti-turtling claim and it works. I hope it’ll train my guy to stay long even when I don’t wear it.
I have tried several innerwear products. With a struggle at first, but with time and use they fit. The tight fit feels good and I like the look and confidence
